What people are saying about Kimberly’s live presentation:

“Today you spoke to two of my own children. My sixth-grade son said (almost amazed), ‘He wore shoes just like mine,’ as if they should be different. It was an excellent way to actually SHOW him that Griffen was a normal boy just like him right down to his shoes. I wish we could have you come speak to parents. What you are doing is wonderful. Our prayers are with you as you continue this great program.” – Paula Urwick, Teacher

“As a current educator and someone with over eight years of experience working in the alcohol and drug prevention field, I would encourage every school to invite Kimberly to come share Griffen’s story with its students, faculty, and staff. I have personally seen her share Griffen with students of all ages and the response is always the same – lives are changed. Students are moved by his story and inspired by her words.” – Angie Hunt, Teacher

“Kim’s story about Griffen is one of the most inspirational I have encountered in my more than 12 years as a member of Mothers Against Drunk Driving.  Somewhere in the sea of youthful faces hearing Griffen’s story there are kids that will make healthy and safe decisions because of Kim’s love for her brother and for them. Perhaps they will care rather than bully. Perhaps they will boldly say no to alcohol and other drugs. She has made a difference and the world is a better place because of her.” – Terry Taylor, MADD

“Kim’s presentation is heartfelt and resonates with students. Her candid photos show teens that Griffen was their peer and this tragedy was real and could happen to anyone. Kim spoke to thousands of our students during their prom and graduation season, and her story of Griffen will always be remembered.” – Corree Carelock, Prevention Director at Keystone Substance Abuse Services
